Establish and maintain habits for good health: nourishment, movement, sleep, and nature connection.
Create satisfying relationships, identify wants and needs, replace co-dependence with healthy boundaries, and establish clear, compassionate communication.
Regulate their nervous system and emotions: learn crucial somatic, mindfulness, and self-compassion strategies to keep calm and present.
Navigate a life transition: graduation, marriage, a new baby, divorce, empty nest, or retirement.

How much does coaching cost?
$175 per session
Do you offer packages?
Rather than locking clients in with an up-front payment for a predetermined number of sessions in a package, I allow clients the flexibility to book sessions individually and pay at the time of service.
What is the coaching process like?
In our first session, we'll envision what you would like your life to feel like in your area of focus. We'll find out what is working well already and what changes need to be made. We'll begin to map out small, manageable steps you can take toward your vision. In subsequent sessions we'll check in on the steps you have taken, problem-solve obstacles that arise, identify limiting beliefs and counterproductive thought patterns and address them, process emotions related to changes, and make tweaks as needed to your goals and steps. I will offer insight, guidance, encouragement, and accountability all along the way.
How do I get started?
Start your coaching journey with a free 20-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit. If we decide to work together, I recommend an initial commitment of 12 sessions to be completed within 3-6 months, setting a clear path for your progress.
After you complete your commitment, you can book individual sessions at any time, as frequently or infrequently as you like.
